1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Assett Authority Growth System programs, joining The Authority Circle community, or purchasing related courses (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership & Payment

• All prices are listed and charged in USD.

• Memberships, courses, and system access are non-transferable.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email].

Progress Guarantee
The Assett Authority Growth™ System is a 90-day program. We guarantee that by the end of this period you will have clarity on your positioning, confidence in your authority brand, and a visibility plan in motion.

If you do not feel this progress, we will provide an extra month of support at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies only to participants who:

• Actively engage with the program,

• Complete the roadmap steps, and

• Attend scheduled calls or submit required work.

• If you are inactive, unresponsive, or do not fulfill the roadmap, this guarantee does not apply.

Membership (The Authority Circle)

• You may cancel your membership at any time.

• Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

• No partial refunds will be provided.

• Programs/Systems
  Custom packages, consulting, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

Billing concerns must be reported within 7 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, videos, and templates provided through Assett remain the exclusive intellectual property of Assett Agency Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell without written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions.

• No harassment, solicitation, or spamming.

• Assett reserves the right to remove members who violate guidelines, without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The Services provide educational and strategic guidance only. Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on personal effort, implementation, and market conditions. Assett Agency Inc. makes no promises of income, business growth, or client acquisition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assett Agency Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, loss of income, or business interruptions arising from the use of our Services.

8. Testimonials & Case Studies

By participating in Assett Authority Growth System programs or The Authority Circle, you grant Assett Agency Inc. the right to create and publish case studies and testimonials based on your experience and results. These may be used in marketing, on our website, or in promotional materials. Personally identifying details will only be shared with your prior written consent.
